- Make a bold commitment to yourself that you are ready to create joyful, stress free holidays. Write 3 specific positive outcomes you desire, for example:
- I will be satisfied with my efforts.
- I will be calm throughout the preparation for this holiday
- I will have time for everything on my to-do list.
